Welcome to Art on Hudson
Our Mission: To kayak along the Hudson documenting and sharing our stories. To create eco-art from the treasures we discover. To be inspired and awed by the history surrounding the discovery of the Hudson River in 1609 and to understand how generations of people shaped this area and made it their home.
Vintage GLASS buttons all found along the Hudson River shoreline, varying colors, shapes and sizes, these were the best of my collection. The black one at the top of the photo I suspect is from a uniform, perhaps a military uniform or a sailor's coat...

We capture the ever-changing scenery through photography and video shorts bringing you stories of our kayak adventures collecting driftwood, unique beach glass, china shards and more... all while paddling between the shores of the Palisades. If you have ever been on the Hudson River you know how dramatic it can be.
